Someone from factom needs to get in touch with Tim Draper.
OpenGov is an amazing platform keeping governments transparent and accountable for their income and expenses.
Tim Draper (Mr bitcoin tie) is a big proponent of OpenGov and is an early investor also, giving him large influence at the table so to speak.
It makes sense to me that any platform with the ability to track and audit government expenses down to the receipt for a police K9s dog collar should be running on factom. Not a centralised variable modifiable hackable server.
This is a big deal.. factom needs to work with OpenGov now while they are still a nimble start-up, before they become a government sponsored corporation.
